This interdisciplinary course integrates biology, biomimicry, and systems thinking to address real-world challenges while aligning with Tennessee Biology standards. Using Where Good Ideas Come From by Steven Johnson as a framework, students explore natureinspired innovation through hands-on projects, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community engagement. Topics include ecological resilience, human systems, energy transfer, genetic engineering, and public health.
